Additionally, there are two large walk-in closets, onsite parking is just a few steps away from the unit's main entrance, and two independent patio areas with great panoramic views.

The residence is situated on a private 3/4-acre lot within proximity to the Westfield North County Mall, many restaurants, the NCTD bus line hub, gas stations, and nature trails including Lake Hodges, San Dieguito River Valley Park, Rancho Bernardo Recreation Center, Felicita Park, and Kit Carson Park. This is a quiet and relaxed environment with pretty vistas and outdoor exercise areas (hiking / biking trails mentioned above).

There is convenient access to the I-15 corridor which is less than a mile away. Downtown Rancho Bernardo and Escondido are just minutes away on the I-15 freeway, and beach communities are within a 30-minute drive.

Water and refuse disposal are included in the monthly rent. Electricity, cable TV, internet, landline and cell phones are not included. Electricity is a shared expense with the main house. No party drugs, and no smokers or vapers. Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis with a separate pet security deposit required at lease signing.

Rent is $2300 a month for single occupancy, $2700 a month for double occupancy will be considered. The lease term is initially six months, thereafter reverting to a month-to-month rental.
