Eagle Island state park and the river greenbelt are within walking distance. Janet's Cafe, optometrist, dentist, dermatologist, massage/spa, chiropractor, and other shops are a very short walk away. Downtown Boise is a 20 minute drive.

The property includes a piano, washer/dryer, library, bonus room, two dining tables/areas, fire pit, park bench, 3 car garage, two office desks/areas, u-shape/half circle driveways, and an orchard. There are about 50 trees on the property and a dozen are apples, pears, plums, nectarines, peaches, and English walnuts. It feels and looks like a park.

Top rated schools for families include Eagle Elementary, Eagle Middle School, and Eagle High School all a few minutes drive away (EHS is walkable). School bus pickup on our street. Homeschool friendly home with indoor and outdoor spaces.
