Room Description

All utilities included in the rental cost: central air/heat, water, trash, pg&e. Unfurnished bedroom in a two story home. We have 3 full restrooms, 4 rooms, and 2 living rooms in a 2,366 sq ft home. Tenant is able to use kitchen space as well as private kitchen pantry included and personal fridge. Very nice and quiet neighborhood.

Preferably for one person with stable income, no pets (may consider one pet not multiple). Will consider parents or couples. Prefer someone that is looking for long term renting 12 months - 18 months. Please no smoking/alcohol, no guests. For the restroom we ask that you clean it once a week. For the kitchen we ask that you clean up after every use.

Only 15 mins by street to Travis Air Force Base!! And 13 mins by street to UC Davis!! Elementary, Middle are within a 6 min commute. High school is directly infront of the home about a 1 min walk.

I am a restaurant manager and my husband is active duty stationed at Travis Air Force Base. On our free time we enjoy spending time outdoors. We are clean, kind and respectful, looking for a roommate we can share our space with.

    "There are parks and there is a dog park. Lots of leash walking in neighborhoods as well. Dogs are allowed in businesses and are made to feel welcome. It is a very dog welcoming community. The Dixon Dog Park is great! "

    "Charming small town. Safe, clean, where people still stroll with their families mornings/evenings. Old timers are conservative but that's changing as transplants move in. I can find everything I need and parking 5 minutes away, no congestion here. If you want peace and wide open spaces, welcome home."

    "A bedroom (rural) community with 1-2 hr commute to major metro areas like San Francisco Bay area and Sacramento. Most amenities are local with movie theaters 8-10 miles in either direction on i80. Community Colleges are within 20-30 minutes as well as UC Davis. Sutter Hospital in Davis, Kaiser and others in Vacaville - both about 10-15 minutes away off I80. "
