Enjoy gorgeous views of the Pacific Ocean, coastal cliffs and the Los Penasquitos lagoon from the picturesque windows and balcony.

The Paraiso Del Mar home is located less than a mile from Torrey Pines State Beach/State Reserve, it's a 20 min drive to Downtown San Diego and a 5 minute drive to Torrey Pines Golf Course and the quaint seaside village of Del Mar where you'll find local coffee shops, award-winning restaurants, popular beaches, unique boutiques and the Del Mar Fairgrounds, Thoroughbred Club and Racetrack.

This home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 6 guests.

There are several beautiful and comfortable seating and entertainment areas indoors and outdoors. The outdoor space has a furnished foyer, kitchen with built-in BBQ and fire pit, patio lights, outdoor lounge and table for al fresco dining. Inside, you'll love the large, well-appointed kitchen that has all you'll need to prepare and serve a gourmet meal. There are two separate and spacious living rooms with fireplaces (one wood burning and one gas) and the formal dining room seats up to 10 guests.
The primary bedroom suite has a king size bed and a separate Murphy bed with a full-size mattress and is accessible through the main house and also has a separate entrance from outside the house. The primary suite has a kitchenette (with microwave, mini fridge and stove top), dining area and en-suite bathroom. The two guest bedrooms in the hallway have queen size beds and share a full bathroom. A queen size self-inflating air mattress and 2 single futons are available for additional sleeping arrangements.
