About this House

My name is Kara; I'm a 22 year old female student, and am looking for two people to share this three bedroom house with me.

In general, I would consider myself to be neat, quiet and very friendly!

I greatly value good communication, and always do my best to ensure that I am a respectful and considerate roommate!
I appreciate quietness/calmness, and don't typically like having lots of people over; I do like to socialize, however, so if we could all do that together, then that could be cool!
When it comes to the general upkeep of the common spaces, I'd either be down to have some chore charts, or at least have good communication about cleaning practices/activities; Establishing some 'house rules' early on will help make the living experience a peaceful and fun one, where everyone living there is at least cordial and respectful towards each other.
*As for pets, I'm generally cool with them, (since I love animals!), but only if they are well behaved and trained, and are overall not a nuisance. I'm not a fan of messy pets either, (ones that smell and shed, for example), unless the owner is willing to clean up after them promptly.
