The game room is a versatile space for both kids and adults to enjoy, providing friendly competitions and moments of laughter. Located 15 minutes from Douglas Lake boat launch, you can easily indulge in water activities and immerse yourself in the beauty of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park through hiking and wildlife spotting.

Our recently remodeled home ensures a perfect blend of relaxation and recreation during your stay. Full access to the home and basement garage is provided, and our local staff is ready to assist with any concerns.
Experience the heart of Tennessee's picturesque region with Dandridge's historic charm, nearby natural attractions, and outdoor adventures. East Tennessee offers an array of locations to visit and things to do. ie; Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Dolly World, Sevierville, Cherokee Lake, Zip Lining, Helicopter rides, water park, Wine and Moon Shine tasting, Fine and Casual Dining.

Lease duration is flexible. Lease monthly renewal is considered by all parties.
No smoking or vaping of any kind inside.
No pets of any kind, no exceptions.
No unregistered guests allowed without owners approval.
Please don't eat or drink in the bedrooms.
Please respect the noise curfew. Noise levels must be minimal after 10PM.
Please don't rearrange the furniture.
No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
Rental agreement, Proof of Income and copy of credit report required..

To ensure the safety of all guests, we kindly request that children are not left unattended in our basement game room. While we have created a designated children's play area for their enjoyment, it's important to note that the basement may contain utility hazards and there is exterior access via the garage slide-up doors. We want to prioritize the well-being of our youngest guests and encourage responsible adult supervision at all times. Your cooperation in adhering to this rule will help create a secure and enjoyable environment for everyone.

Important:
We are committed to maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of our property. A monthly cleaning will be scheduled to ensure that that your stay is comfortable and items are in good working order at your expense. Cost is $250.00 per month. Additional fees will be applied for required excessive cleaning.

Penalties for the following will be held against security deposit.
*Missing towels: $10 per towel, no matter the size.
*Smoking in the home: $150+
*Late checkout past 11am without prior permission: $75
*Excessive cleaning if place is left very dirty. $150+
