4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThe school has great leadership and direction. I have seen alot of kids going to top notch colleges across the country including Harvard and UVA. The school has a great mindset and rewards academics and athletics. It has been a great experience for us and my two youngest will be attending soon.Parent Review4y ago14 Reviews - Culpeper Middle School

2/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMany students are below reading level. One of my kids complains about how they have to do indoor recess when personally all kids should have all of their recesses outside, as long as weather permits. They're cooped up all day. I'm disappointed in the lack of field trips one of my kids gets. 1 of the comments says, title 1, more funds, but I don't see where the funds are going. Kids will come home to tell me they've been harassed, touched, or hit by a student and the teacher always failed to inform me. Unless your kid knows who did it, teachers won't want to provide information. Lack of diversity when it comes to educators. Mainly white females. We need more male educators or educators of different ethnicities or backgrounds. A lot are usually new and from PA. It's like pulling for teeth trying to find out what all your kid is learning about. Always vague answers. Whatever happened to syllabi in school?Parent Review3y ago9 Reviews - Check out schools near 10 Broadview Ln.

"There’s plenty of space to walk dogs in the neighborhood. There are a few hills and people walk their dogs all the time. There are only sidewalks on one side of the street."

"This area has a wonderful park district. The downtown area has some great restaurants and shops and people are very friendly. Unlike some parts of the country, this area is growing quickly and the town is vibrant. "

"Dog owners like that there are a lot of places to walk Dogs. What they don’t like is that some Streets are not well lit. Plus they must clean up after their Dogs. "

"I moved to Culpeper from Northern Virginia back in 2001 when Culpeper was still considered a small town, and the I was visited by the welcome wagon when I moved in to my house. After living in Culpeper for 10 years, I moved to Rappahannock county for 7&1/2 yrs, now due to life changes that are out of my control I am moving back to Culpeper and it's definitely grown up from the small town it once was, and I won't be excepting the welcome wagon this time around but it's certainly not Fairfax or Gainesville. Not yet anyway."
