About this House

This unique 2 bedroom in a nice neighborhood has its own entrance, with big windows, a tv in the front room and a hidden one in the 2nd bedroom, exercise equipment and more. It is centrally located and just a block away from a Fred Meyers store, Anytime Fitness, a fancy pet store, restaurants and much more. WiFi and most stream channels are included. There are brand new appliances like convection oven and microwave, new furniture, an adjustable bed and extra storage. It has everything you need for cooking and baking and entertaining. Outside there are two fire pits, a new bbq and an extra 4 gas burners. There are several outdoor games available and outdoor lounge, with games. It is a fully furnished midterm unit available for one to six month renters only. Oh, did I mention there is a laundry room available where I leave a half dozen fresh laid eggs (no rooster) each week.

Please do not use a Zillow application for this unit. They won't give me access to it.There is a $400 deposit plus $96 cleaning and administration fee, plus $300 deposit per pet. This furnished rental is available for only monthly rentals up to six months. All utilities included, onsite laundry, several streaming services and more. This unit is a furnished with a maximum stay of one to six months with a termed month to month Oregon lease and application.
