Stainless steel appliances, relatively new refrigerator, granite countertops, Walking distance from restaurants, pubs, bike shop, antique store, basket, Cohoes Music Hall, , Post Office, 2 banks, and easy access to Latham, Clifton Park and Albany. Water and Garbage included. For the size, it is the best deal in town.

Initial, no fee, questionnaire is required before seeing an apartment and we screen for evictions, credit, and employment during the application process. Must have a credit score above 650.

1 Year lease. Owner pays for water and garbage pickup. Renter pays for electric and gas. No smoking. You get 1 free parking spot. If you need two, the cost will be $100 per month.
