5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageNothing against the school itself but the entire SCUC district needs to get their act together. This district is by far the WORST my kids have ever attended. (My family has moved alot to where this is the 7th school my kids have gone to) no wonder there are so many homeschooling kids in this area. The school days (times) are absurd and each year they change. Longer school years, kids not getting out till 3:30 / 4:30, not to mention IF your kids makes sports teams they will be getting home even later! This district has a lot to learn. I wish my family could move back to our old town because that district has their *stuff* together.Parent Review2mo ago - Green Valley Elementary School

4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageToday was a ruff day for us. Our son (Mason) has been going to this school since he was 3 years old. Mason has Autism and due to his needs for advancement, the school district has all agreed Cibolo Valley would have the tools to suit his needs at this time. This by no means is a discredit to Green Valley Elementary. They have done an exceptional job for our son. He has come so far and my wife and I know its because of this school. We will be forever be in their dept. The staff and Teachers nurtured him as their own, doing the best they could with the resources they had. It is a sad day, but the goal is to get him at a point in his abilities to come back here. We thank everyone at Green Valley for everything they did for Mason. We will be forever grateful and hope to come back real soon.Sincerely,Bill MatthewsParent Review5y ago - Byron P Steele Ii High School

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy child transferred from Clemens to Steele 21-22 school year. I ended up withdrawing due to lack of support from Special Education. The teachers were not following her ARD/IEP. I felt she got lost here. My child said she was belittled by teachers because of her special needs. Samuel Clemens High School was just as bad if not worse. The school district used to be highly rated but possibly do to the tremendous increase in student population the school recourses/teachers cannot keep up. Makes me wonder where my annual $7k in school taxes are going.Parent Review1y ago - Elaine S Schlather Intermediate School

"I have lived in Cibolo for 16 years and commuted to Fort Sam. The Schibolo community still has a small town feel, even though it is on the insanely busy IH35 and right next to humongous San Antonio. The school district is very good (our daughter got a full academic scholarship to college after graduating from Steele), there is a fabulous HEB around the corner, and downtown Cibolo is really developing into a great place to eat and drink."
