The apartment is close to the restaurants and shops, and nightlife along Diversey, Broadway, and Belmont, and Fullerton. It is just across Lake Shore Drive from Belmont
Harbor's marina, running path, and lakefront trail. In the park there is a canoeing club and pond for fishing.
Grocery options nearby include Mariano's and Trader Joe's.
Express buses to the Magnificent Mile on Michigan Ave stop right at your door, and the
Belmont Red/Brown/Purple Line station is under a mile away.
On-street parking available; garage parking in the building has a waitlist, bike parking places may be rented as well. There is a 24-hour front desk staff for all deliveries, small
but well-equipped fitness center. The building has large laundry room. The lake and
skyline views are gorgeous from the roof top. The roof top has a grill, tables, and chairs.
There is a party room that may be reserved for a fee.
You will be close to lakefront beaches, Huge Park and Diversey golf range.
The apartment is shown by appointment on weekdays from 7:15 pm to 7:45 PM and on the weekends daytime by appointment. The Daren condo building is on Lake Shore Drive across the street from the lakefront and bike path. An LSD underpass near the playground takes you right to the walking/biking path along the lakefront. This building includes 24-hour door staff, a secure storage locker, exercise room and a rooftop deck overlooking the lake, as well as North and South city views. No pets at all Parking can be rented from the building from $165 $700 non-refundable move-in fee
