NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy child has an IEP. I requested 1 more additional individual speech therapy session.A member of the team suggested private speech therapy. As if I am going to pay for private therapy.Sorry I can't afford that. Trust me I would love to be able to provide that for my child.I already pay Cherry Hill Township a lot in taxes to live here! I was extremely disappointed to here such an unprofessional comment.Parents are suppose to be members of the IEPTeam, not true!Parent Review10y ago7 Reviews - Rosa International Middle School

7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy son had an excellent experience during his 3 years at Rosa. His teachers are excellent, the principal is very communicative with parents/guardians, etc. My child thrived here both academically, musically and athletically. It is clear that staff care very much for their students. One down side is larger class sizes. Other than that, it was fantastic.Parent Review2y ago11 Reviews - Cherry Hill High-East High School

8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageAs a substitute teacher, my experience with the current leadership at this school has been deeply disappointing. The administration places excessive pressure on staff, including substitutes, without providing the necessary support or communication. There is a noticeable lack of cohesion and coordination among staff, which contributes to a chaotic and disorganized environment. Even students are aware of the ongoing tensions between staff members.School safety is a major concern. Exterior doors are often left propped open—frequently by staff—creating serious security vulnerabilities. The security team and some administrators show favoritism toward certain students and staff. For example, during a homeroom I was subbing for, an administrator removed students who were not on my roster but made exceptions for others they personally favored, even though they were also not listed. I found this trend with many administrators in the school. Many of the rules and expectations imposed by the administration are inconsistently enforced. Staff are often assigned extra responsibilities, such as bathroom duty, without any prior training or clear instructions—sometimes even lacking access to keys or essential resources. Expectations are often unrealistic. For example they wanted me to stop students from leaving the building during field day. That’s something I feel security should do.This year, there has been a noticeable decline in both staff and student autonomy. Many freedoms that previously supported a healthy and engaging school environment have been taken away, contributing to low morale. Instead of focusing on meaningful improvements, the administration seems more concerned with appearances, control, and damage control, which creates a toxic and stressful atmosphere for everyone.Other Review10mo ago10 Reviews - Henry C Beck Middle School

7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWe have been extremely happy at Johnson. The principal is AMAZING at building community and school spirit and the students adore him. His kindness and compassion make this school a special place. I have found the teachers to be excellent and overall, school staff has also been wonderful. I’m honestly shocked how low this school scores. My kids love it and are thriving here. It’s a very diverse population but the principal and staff have made that a positive, and I’m am so happy my children are in such a great integrated community. My only real criticism would be the actual building and grounds which are in need of some repairs but that has more to do with politics in CH. Overall, we are very happy to be Johnson Owls!Parent Review3y ago9 Reviews - Check out schools near 1653 E State Hwy #70.

"Schools are good and diverse. The town isn’t walkable to shops and coffee places which isn’t great but kids are safe riding bikes in the neighborhood "

"There’s no community events and we don’t have any type of main street. The most eventful thing you would have is at the cherry hill mall."

"Great schools, neighborhood and sense of community. Very culturally diverse and a great place to raise a family. I grew up here and have stayed and started my own family because it’s a great place to live and close to everything "

"Route 70 and 73 can be congested at times. Major construction on route 70 slows traffic down, however moves quite fast. Anything you are looking for is within a 5-10 minute drive and some places are within walking distance. "

"the neighborhood is pretty quiet, in terms of traffic. pretty much the only issue is if it's a holiday, and lots of people park in the street, you might have to yield to an oncoming vehicle. And that only happens maybe twice a year. "

"I have lived in Cherry Hill since 2011, and I love it here. The people are great, and the school system is fantastic. My nephew and niece have enjoyed the school system better than other private schools. The neighbors are very friendly as well. They upkeep their grounds, and do not meddle into your privacy. Most of the time, when I am not in my room, which is huge and totally divine with all of the creature comforts, I am at work. No one bothers me ever, but I help out my neighbors whenever called upon. Anyone would love this neighborhood. "
