About this House

All Utilities included in rent. Fully Furnished. Our Ocean View Studio located in the charming beach town of Cayucos consists of the entire lower level of our 3 story home. It has its own entrance on the opposite side of the main home entrance where we reside. Very private. Sunny and bright with lots of natural light (black out curtains for sleeping in). Filtered ocean view. Electric fireplace for heat, full bath (shower, no tub), kitchenette (microwave, mid size fridge, toaster oven/air fryer, coffee maker, hot plate), dining area with table and two chairs. Small, private outdoor yard/sitting area. Our home is a 7-10 min walk to the beach where you will enjoy 6 miles of open sand connecting Cayucos to Morro Bay. We also have lots of hiking right out our back door and are right next to Whale Rock reservoir (fishing, hiking, mountain biking). Morro Bay is 5-10 minutes South, and Cambria is 15-20 minutes north. Or, go inland 30-45 minutes to Paso Robles and enjoy one of the hundreds of amazing wineries in the Paso Robles wine region (way better than Napa!). The college town of San Luis Obispo with many great restaurants is a quick 25 minutes from our home.

All utilities are included in the rent.

    "This is a safe neighborhood. Kids can ride bikes and play and be active even past dark like we did when we were kids. Granted, there is a lot of older folks, most of them are pretty nice people. I would say the only downfall would be the people who are from out of the area and they are renting a vacation home, have no respect for the local people. But children can be wild and free range living here in cayucos. "
