This is a short-term minimum 31-day rental. Not looking for long-term annual renters. Just looking to rent out 1-2 months between July and November. July 1st to July 30th is rented. We just completed $150,000 renovation, the kitchen is spectacular. And the sunset views are also spectacular overlooking the ocean. This is our second home on VRBO/Airbnb but our first time renting it. No fee from Airbnb or VRBO if you rent through Zillow. Our other home is in New Hampshire and has a huge number of five star reviews. This Carlsbad location is our personal home, this is not your typical investment rental. This home sits higher atop Carlsbad adjacent to the Aviara Park Hyatt. Spectacular brand new kitchen and wood floors with a full Thermador kitchen. Our home away from home in Carlsbad with 3 bedrooms and three full baths. This luxury home is in the gated Aviara community. The home features a spectacular master bedroom suite with fireplace and king size bed. Bedroom #2 has two twin beds or king on the first floor. Bedroom 3 had a queen bed on the second floor. We also have a sleeper couch and a queen size blow up mattress. Perfect for families or friends traveling together. With 3 full bathrooms offering both showers and bathtubs, guests can relax and unwind after a day of exploring. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like AC, WiFi, and brand new front load electrolux washer and dryer during your stay. We look forward to hosting you at our home.

Driveway and street parking. There is no access to the garage.
