Welcome to your dream coastal getaway in Casitas de la Costa. You are going to fall in love with this one of a kind end unit townhome. Home was completely remodeled in 2022 with all high end, luxury finishes and furniture. No expense has been spared.

This spectacular gem has every upgrade possible including:
-New windows with tons of natural light and oversized 10 foot slider with pool/jacuzzi view.
-New flooring throughout.
-Bathroom with large step-in shower, custom glass enclosure, leathered granite countertops and dual sinks.
-Brand new in-unit stackable LG washer/dryer.
-Kitchen with leathered granite countertops, new black stainless Bosch appliances
-New central HVAC system
-Large walk-in closet
-17 foot vaulted ceilings with exposed beams
-Custom light filtering shades throughout.
-Custom-glass enclosed bedroom with cordless motorized black out shades (for you night shifters!).
-All furniture is high quality from Restoration Hardware, Crate and Barrel, West Elm, etc.

Kitchen equipped with all of the essentials.

Step right outside onto your back patio to the pool, jacuzzi, sauna, gas barbecue. No one above or below you. Only one shared wall with an older couple who use it as a second home; they come maybe 1-2x per month. Very peaceful and relaxing community.

One covered gated parking space. Complex has an additional large covered garage with ample parking for 2nd car or guests.

Walking distance to the prestigious Omni La Costa Resort & Spa, Four Seasons Aviara Resort, Cinepolis Luxury Cinema, champion golf courses, restaurants, shopping and Batiquitos Lagoon hiking trail. Only 5 minutes to I-5 and some of San Diego's finest beaches. It's just inland enough to be away from the marine layer so even when it's cloudy and chilly at the beach, it's usually sunny and warm at the pool!

This has been our primary home from 2015-2024 and we take great pride in it. Looking for someone to enjoy it and love it as much as we do.

Note: Wood-burning stove is for decoration only.
