With ocean views from the main living area and bedrooms, our last guests fell in love with our home and stayed for three years. Fine craftsmanship and a fully equipped chef's kitchen add to the comfort of this well constructed home. Premium cable and high-speed internet cater to modern needs.

This beach house is open-concept living at its best. Gorgeous RH furniture, a well-appointed kitchen, plush beds, and high-quality linens add to the comfort and beauty of this highly desirable Marine Terrace home. The main living area is upstairs as are two bedrooms. The primary bedroom has an en suite bath, double sinks and a separate water closet. Both of the upstairs bedrooms have a private deck with ocean views. The dark night skies are perfect for stargazing. The downstairs bedroom has a dedicated bath and ample storage. Enjoy the back deck for morning coffee. The large double garage and dedicated laundry room with new appliances are there for your convince.

The main house has a fenced backyard. Enjoy it as you will. In this quiet residential neighborhood we ask that you enjoy the peace and quiet and be mindful that the neighbors do as well. Owner utilizes attached Guest Suite (with separate entrances, outdoor space and garage) for personal use.

No smoking. Not suitable for small children. No events over 6 people. Pets, generally not permitted, but let's discuss.

Month to month. Furnished. Utilities included.

Cleanings are required, monthly at a minimum but bi-weekly are suggested. You may pay our cleaner directly an estimated $180 for a bi-weekly cleaning. Final cleaning fee of $250 plus an additional $50 if you have a pet. These cleaning costs are paid upfront. Any overages for cleaning are deducted from the security deposit. If the home is returned to in excellent condition, and less cleaning is required, it is our pleasure to return extra monies to the tenant.

    "We have stayed here, vacationed here, and love it. Maybe couples in the 30's need a bigger night life, but beyond that, it's a beautiful place to live and enjoy life. Get away from it all. The best restaurants, shopping, farmer's market, car shows, wineries, NICE people because they love where they live. Seacllift Estates is a beautiful area in Cambria......open, private, and the ocean right there. Didn't know how to rate traffic above, because there is NO TRAFFIC..... "

    "the natural beauty in Cambria is truly stunning! it is a very protected environment with regard to it's wilderness, including the oceans and shorelines. it is an incredibly family friendly and community oriented. both east and west villiages, as well as Moonstone beach, are the perfect definition of quaint and lovely. and residents are welcoming to new people who move there, as long as they are conscious to be respectful of both people and the natural environment. it's good for singles who don't want a lot of nightlife and choose a more quiet, artistic, farmer's market, and charming town to call home. we lived there and loved it. we even got married there. i worked in Cambria as the managing innkeeper for a historic bed and breakfast. we are moving back as soon as we can."
