About this House

Burbank back house for lease for one or two people. Located in the 800 block of N. Lincoln St., near the Chandler walkway, studios, restaurants and shopping.
One and one half bedrooms with one bath. The half bedroom has a closet and was previously used as a home office.
This 600 sq ft. house has central heat and air conditioning and laundry hook ups. The yard has a storage shed and is fenced separating it from the front house. There is ample street parking. The front house is occupied by a professional couple that works from home.
No pets preferred however one cat is negotiable. Washer/dryer negotiable for the right tenant.

This is a one year lease, $2,200.00 per month. First month rent and $2,200.00 security deposit due before move in. Prefer no pets but one cat would be negotiable for the right tenant. This is a no smoking, of any kind, rental. There is on street parking only. Tenant is responsible for all utilities.

Downtown Burbank is great and has tons of yummy restaurants. Also close to all the major studios so the entertainment and art feel about the whole area is pretty spot on! Great schools too! "
