Our home was built in 1944 and is full of character and charm and has been updated over the years. We still have some of the original glass door handles that will be almost 80 years old (please be kind to them)! Upon stepping through the arched doorway, you'll be greeted by the original hardwood floors, original wooden wall showcasing the beautiful construction and an abundance of comfortable furniture thoughtfully placed in the large living room. Kick your feet up and relax in our cozy home where comfort has no bounds. Our 55" TV is full motion to provide the whole room access to the game or movie you're enjoying. From our couch, two swivel chairs, accent chair, bench and chair with ottoman we have seating for 9. We also have blackout curtains for additional privacy along with 2" blinds.

Located just behind our living room is our dining room. Our dining room has seating for 6 people at our table and we have 2 additional seats at the eat up bar in the kitchen. Off to the side of the dining room, tucked away, the former porch was added to the interior of the home. French doors with curtains provide privacy for the "bedroom." It has a very comfortable twin bed with a memory foam mattress. The laundry can also be found in this room and is our guests to use during their stay. We have a washer and dryer, ample supplies such as laundry detergent, bleach, stain treating items and dryer sheets. We also have a steamer, ironing board and iron.

Our open floorplan makes entertaining a breeze as the patio, kitchen, dining and living room flow seamlessly together. The kitchen is fully stocked with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, 50/50 sink, food disposal, pots and pans, utensils, silverware, plates, bowls, a coffee bar with a Keurig and coffee cups, press coffee maker, tea kettle, sheet pans, bakeware, spices, wine glasses (tall, short, breakable and non-breakable), glassware, can opener, wine opener, measuring cups, mixing bowls, blender, toaster, crock pot, blender, electric mixer and much more. We also have a gas stove top with a griddle and oven. Our French door refrigerator has a freezer at the bottom. We have a water filter and ice trays. Step out back on to our beautiful and serene back patio. You'll love the mornings and evenings with all our tree cover. Soak away the stress of the day in our 6 person hot tub with jets, fun lighting and a peaceful waterfall. We have an easy to remove cover and steps to access it. The cover has protective child locks! We have seating for 6 or 7 at our dining room table. Our custom grill can use wood or charcoal. We have a fully fenced yard. Enjoy our corn hole set, ladder ball, bocci ball and other fun games stored in our pantry.
Our king bedroom is serene and so comfortable! It has a writing desk with a sitting chair, plush bedding, comfortable pillows, nightstands with lamps along with USB & UB-C charging stations, Sony HDTV with a full motion mount and 2" blinds. There are two closets with hangers, luggage racks and ample extra bedding options. There is also an en suite half bath with a pedestal sink and toilet. Our hallway bathroom has a tub shower combo with ample shampoo and conditioner options along with body wash. We provide black make up towels and also make up remover for our guests to use during their stay. For added ease we have multiple hair dryers and other necessities for our guests with plush white towels!
