    "It is farm land and small town. It’s growing fast and the infrastructure is not keeping up. It’s a very backwards county that doesn’t prioritize well when it comes to rural infrastructure so Archer gets the short stick."

    "Parker Place is the only community left with ONE ACRE LOTS! Association dues are just over $200 PER YEAR! Power is through Clay Electric Cooperative, much less expensive than Gainesville Regional Utilities."

    "I am an avid pet owner and for the most part Archer is an exceptional location to own animals. There are only a few down sides. Number 1 on my list of downsides is the wildlife. There are armadillos, opossum, snakes on occasion, hawks, owls, and seasonally coyotes. The street I live on is one that I have looked for a long time. Everyone has an acre which is more than enough room to keep animals, and still have space for yourself. I love living in Archer!"
