4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageOur experience at this school was wonderful! They seemed to really care about the students and their well-being. The administrators treated students like humans and talked to them rather than resorting straight to disciplinary action. They involved the parents and valued their feedback. Our student with autism was seen with respect and understanding. They sought out ways to best help him thrive and open to suggestions. The on site clinic and dental bus is a nice perk to the school, making the busy lives or parents a bit easier.Parent Review5mo ago9 Reviews - Hollister High School

5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageHollister High School is a great place for students and teachers! My child has always felt like it is a big family. It's just big enough to have some "space" yet small enough that teachers and staff know everyones name. Challenging classes for my child (and for me helping with homework). I would like my nieces and nephews here!Parent Review3y ago11 Reviews - Hollister Middle School

5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThe principal is great to work with, but the vice principal is terrible. She does not listen to students, yells at them and demeans them. They do not handle bullying and choose to not believe students who are being bullied. If you’re labeled a bad kid, good luck getting out from under that. Most of the teachers are wonderful, with a few bad eggs like any school. They do have awesome extracurriculars and I like the dental bus and on site clinic at the elementary school for students. The school is clean and well maintained.Other Review5mo ago9 Reviews - Hollister Early Childhood Center

"Dogs are VERY welcome here. I’d say most people have dogs around here. Only issue I have is that we need a more up-to-date dog park around here."

"It’s easy. No stress really. Tourism makes things a little more congested but if you know the back roads it is easy to get around. It takes me about 5-10 min to get anywhere in town. "
