It is a Springdale 2004 semi-furnished travel trailer located in 50 acre forest, 15 minutes from Brandon, on Highway 18.
Three hundred square feet includes two bedrooms, a master bedroom and second bedroom, as your weekend office or studio, with a table/desk. The kitchen has a full size refrigerator, gas stove, with oven and microwave. A table with bench seating area, for meals and a couch.
If you are looking for a home with peace and quiet, you have found it.

No smoking inside the trailer.
No loud music from 10pm to 6am.
Get permission for parties.
Rent includes trash, electricity, water.
*You are responsible for the cost of the propane for the gas stove & oven.
Month to month lease agreement with 30 day notice.
