Cozy home away from the fray. Relax, surrounded by mountain views, or hike popular mountain trails 5 minutes away. At the farm enjoy quiet walks along the canal, the fire pit, or bicycle one of the most scenic byways in the Valley outside your door.

For more adventure, ski at Bridger Bowl or Big Sky, each about 30 minutes' drive. Socialize 2 miles away at Gallatin Gateway's famed local pubs, including weekly live bands and dancing, or head to Bozeman. Relax in the mineral waters of Bozeman Hot Springs and enjoy live entertainment poolside in summer, 9 miles up the road, or be at Hyalite reservoir in 20 minutes. And take in the wildly scenic drive along the Gallatin River through the Gallatin National Forest to Yellowstone Park, 77 miles south.

The little cottage feels spacious and bright, and with inspiring vistas all around is not a town apartment. You will enjoy the simplicity of paying only rent with its power bill, no yardwork, totally free to focus on your thing. Also included: washer and dryer, internet/Wi Fi, garbage service, driveway snow removal, and a shared storage shed.

Kitchen, bathroom and laundry are fully furnished including linens and starter supplies, large 5-ft shower, iron/board, floor-vac, pantry and storage cabinetry, and coats/boots area.

Bedroom includes a plush queen bed with linens and blankets, 3-foot wide armoire closet with 3 large drawers, and room-darkening shade.

The living room is furnished with a comfy hide-a-bed sofa, Smart TV, electric fireplace, and well-lit dedicated desk space.

Parking space fits small to medium sized vehicle. No pets. No smoking. No roommates-- yay! Quiet, retired property owner and another quiet neighbor reside on the property. Farm setting which includes minimal farming and grounds work during the growing season.

Due prior to move-in: first month rent and fully refundable deposit of $1000. No cleaning/other fees if home is left as found.

All bills, services, amenities and furnishings are included in rent price with exception of electric power. Lawncare provided. Parking next to home.

Renter insurance required. If you do not have it, I will pay $100 toward a typical cost of about $150 per year in Montana. This insurance goes with you wherever you live, and it not only covers your property, but it provides liability coverage for both of us.
