Description

This property started out in 1973 as a 77 foot by 15 foot single wide manufactured home. They added on the deck and approximately a 30 by 30 large room that has a bedroom bathroom and a kitchen and storage. On the other side a 20 12 room was added on as an additional master type bathroom bedroom.
Finally a mother in law unit sits in the house on the hill with the and a studio kitchen with beautiful windows.

Utilities are shared with the owner as I maintain a summer unit on another part of the property. Utilities always end up being a custom shared expense between us.

My only complaint is that there is an excessive amount of speeding on a main road right next to my house & I have contacted the Bothell police NUMEROUS times over the years and they do Nothing about it. I fear it will take a fatal accident before they take action. Kirkland police seem to take traffic issues more seriously. "
