Looking for a responsible, respectful, neat and quiet person to share a home with 2 other people. Owner occupied

Two rooms are available. One is extra large with double closet space. The other is just standard bedroom size. Larger unit is 1400 smaller is 1200

I'm more interested in finding someone that fits into our home and our lifestyle. No partiers here. Nice and quiet. Hard-working, neat and clean people.

Sorry, no pets. No smoking. No drugs.

The property's proximity to transit, 405/I-5 dining, shopping, and location is between downtown Bothell/Woodinville/Mill Creek/Lynnwood

My only complaint is that there is an excessive amount of speeding on a main road right next to my house & I have contacted the Bothell police NUMEROUS times over the years and they do Nothing about it. I fear it will take a fatal accident before they take action. Kirkland police seem to take traffic issues more seriously. "
