Very private and quiet area located within the key deer national wildlife refuge. Must be seen to be appreciated.

One-year lease starting August 1st, 2026 for $4,000 per month, due on the first of each month. $4,000 security deposit required. Tenant pays all utilities including electric, water, gas, internet, and cable. Lease must be signed by all parties within 48 hours of approval. No smoking allowed inside the house. Boat lift may only be used with owner's prior written permission the existing boat on the lift may not be used or moved by the tenant. The RV stored on the property may only be used or removed with the owner's prior written permission and may not be used by the tenant. Tenant is fully responsible for maintaining the outside property, including all tree trimming, dock upkeep, and the fish pond. Landlord and property manager may access the property with 24 hours notice. No subletting or assigning the lease without owner's written permission. Tenant must keep the property clean and sanitary at all times. Tenant is responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear. Five percent late fee applies to rent not received by the fifth of the month. Tenant agrees to quiet enjoyment of the property and will not disturb the neighbors.

    "I do not believe there are community events! If there are I have not gone to any! I love Key Deer Blvd good place to run, walk or jog. Also bike riders there are tons! "

    "Yes, they would love the area. No restrictions for size, amount, breed, etc. yards are large so pets have room. There is a dog park down the road, excellent vets, many restaurants are dog friendly. There are pet parades, etc too"

    "Great parks, great schools, people are very kind and friendly. The scenery is gorgeous. Key deer, peacocks, cool birds, are all around. This is a great place to vacation to and to live. Water all around and the fishing is spectacular. It is a artistic community and very interesting. "
