3 bedrooms each equipped with ceiling fans and fairly sized closets. 1 full bathroom with tub, 1 half bathroom. Central AC for heating and cooling. Large living room, dining area and kitchen. Gas stove, microwave, and refrigerator. Front yard has large canopy for shade, lots of plants and trees. Backyard has lots of mature fruit trees. Someone who enjoys plants and gardening would be preferred. There is a washer and dryer behind the home, shared with back studio tenant. Long driveway for 2-3 cars parking. Studio tenants have their own entry on the other side of the house. Bills (pg&e and water are divided with back studio and main house. 2x the rent, will ask for proof of income (paystubs).

Bills are divided with back studio. No smoking inside or outside of home. There are 2-3 cats who live in the backyard (they come and go) so no pets please.
