About this House

What: 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath
Where: Coronado Hills 78752
When: October 1, 2026
Rent: $2500

Hello! I have a renovated 3 bedroom/2.5 bath two-story condo that will be available for move-in October 1, 2026. The downstairs comes fully furnished, the three upstairs bedrooms are open for you to furnish as you'd like. The three bedrooms are of varying size. The master bedroom has two closets and it's own bathroom. The two others rooms share a bathroom in the hallway. There is an additional guest bathroom downstairs. There are extra storage areas both in the outside, in the back of the house, and downstairs. The common areas include a large covered terrace with a grill, two living areas, a kitchen and dining room.

The neighborhood is called Coronado Hills. It takes 10-15 minutes to get downtown, depending on traffic. It's an easy hop onto 183, 290 and I-35, only 5 minutes from the Mueller HEB, Easy Tiger Linc, the North Loop area, Knomad Bar, 1 mile from Hank's, and many other places. The townhome was fully remodeled in 2017.. There is a W/D in the unit, extra storage space, two TVs in common spaces, and all the usual amenities. The community includes two large pools that are perfect for summer, and it's fairly secluded with no through-traffic.

"Public schools are fine. Don’t move to a neighborhood and shun the community. You can help if you join the schools. "

"This is a no e working class neighborhood with great homes and location to access all parts of the city. Take your kids to Windsor park library or at. Johns. They have great programming. There’s a high school that provides an associates degree close by. Lots of elementary schools and a young women’s leadership academy and there’s one for boys. Bartholomew park has playgrounds, softball and baseball fields. Disc game golf and a pool and soccer field. "
