This lovely ranch home was just remodeled and is now ready for our guests. The home is located next door to ours and between the two houses we sit on about 3 acres.

The home is located about 1 mile from I-75 on Highway 92.

We are located less than 4 miles from a number of boat launches in Acworth. If you prefer hiking we are about 20 miles from Kennesaw Mountain and Red Top Mountain. LakePoint Sporting Complex (Exit 283) is 10 miles straight up the interstate - only 2 exits North.

I enjoy the peace and quietness. there is not much traffic at the present time unlike other nearby neighborhoods... builders are creating homes for more mature demographics and there are less neighbors being built to accommodate young, new families.
