College readiness at Peaster is non existent, they take away most AP, Honors and DC courses. The staff turnover is alarming.

After 2.5 years in the district and moving here from the DFW suburbs, for the district, we sold our home and moved back. The administration fell far short, including incidents which were quite severe, from food being taken directly from my daughter's hand at lunch, not only once, but over a three day period, to her being told on the bus by older students, in high school lewd sexual threats, as well as experiencing her first week as a 5th grader exposure to pornography by another student. I have pages of emails and concerns, spanning beyond the little I have shared here. Nothing was ever done. I was told time and again that "cameras weren't in view, or weren't available," in addition to "no other students could back up what is being said happened so there's not much we can do," or "it's never been a problem before you." Someone besides our family, for the sake of other kids, please ask where the money goes. They past a bond for Transportation, but never bought or fixed busses, and always had shortage of drivers. I will forever feel guilty staying as long as we did, but do know that we are fortunate that she did meet a few great friends and had a handful of incredible teachers too!

I like the teachers. they are good but i can't stand when they do nothing about my kids getting hit on the bus sick of calling and the principle does not do a thing about msybe bec my kids are not from here but today i nevrt had so much dislike in my lufe the elemetry principle needs a new job and its not there when we stood up to him he treatrned to kick my kids out really this school stinks and i am gonna take my kids out soon i was told to watch my back bec if you stood up and fight then they have a habbit in calling cps on u
