7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWe moved to this area July 2012 from Kingsport, TN. My oldest son was going into 3rd and my youngest son into Kindergarten. I love this school & not only do I love it, but my kids do too. The previous school my oldest attended, was rated a 9 on this site & I have to say that I am surprised that this school isn't rated that as well. 6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThe teachers seem to be more concerned about their personal life than teaching or a power trip over nonsense than lessons. The principal has NEVER been helpful to any issues I have had as a matter of fact he even walked away and was rude when I brought up a dress code issue that I was trying to discuss with him. I would NOT recommend this school to anyone if they want their child to have an actual education instead of immature adult running and teaching your children. "Quiet neighborhood one park in town others not too far away like Cherokee dam. Has very good school and the teachers are awesome, understanding and very well organized. "
