"Good starter family neighborhood, very quiet. Away from the city traffic and light pollution. Major downside is there aren’t major chain grocery stores or shopping centers in the area, but 10-15 minutes north of 75 and there’s plenty there."

"It's a Small Town feeling yet you're close to all the major highways. my neighborhood and did I live in is pretty quiet and everyone keeps to themselves. prices are fair but as everywhere else they're doing up. we have a great dog walk and a fenced area that they can run."

"drugs, drugs dealers, theft, unlit streets, drunks, no law enforcement, no resturants, no public access, thugs roaming the streets all night, drunks everywhere. litter on the streets, county seldom mows, bad place to raise kids. bad place for the elderly no respect for neighbors. 22 sexual offenders in a 2 mile radious. the town has really gone down."
