The streets are level, so it makes walking easy. I can walk in 15-20 minutes or drive in 2-5 minutes. Usually, no delays from traffic. or stop lights Pretty safe area too. I've never had any trouble in the two years we have lived here. The area is safe and friendly. I would recommend living here ...,,........ "
