Beyond your private space, you'll benefit from: Shared refrigerator, Use of modern kitchen appliances, In-house washer and dryer, Central heat and air, Shared driveway parking. My home is perfectly situated near Wildwood Park and Five Mile Recreation Area, offering easy access to nature. Plus, you're just minutes from shopping, restaurants, transportation, and less than 10 minutes from CSU. Important Details for a Harmonious Home: To maintain a quiet and respectful environment, this is a no-partying, no-drinking, no-smoking (of any kind, in or around the property) home. No pets, and overnight visitors require 24-hour prior arrangement and approval. I'm looking for a serious full-time student or someone with a full-time career. Rent is $650.00, plus a flat monthly fee for shared utilities, which includes internet, heat, air, water, gas, yard maintenance, and access to the pool and spa. A security deposit is also required.
