9/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageJenks High School admin is terrible! Even when you have a student doing good in core classes, the constant intimidation by administrators is detrimental to a student’s well being. Bixby is much better both in staff and curriculum. It has been a nightmare for my children to attend Jenks. Parents are disrespected even when you pay significant property taxes, which also support the school. I strongly do not recommend Jenks High School.Parent Review6mo ago38 Reviews - Jenks Middle School

7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy child doesn’t even feel safe using the restroom. Bullying is a serious issue and teachers and admin turn a blind eye. There’s no curriculum being used and doesn’t align with state standards. Admin is never around, counselors are not helpful. This school works against you, not with youParent Review10mo ago21 Reviews - Jenks West Elementary School

8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMaybe we got unlucky, but communication with my child’s 3rd and 4th grade teachers were non-existent for both of my children who were in different buildings. No weekly newsletters, no updated grades on PowerSchool or Canvas. I never received graded work, very disappointed with the lack of regular communication. Maybe it’s because the class sizes are so big and lack of special education support that teachers are overwhelmed. Intermediate does a much better job at communication.Parent Review10mo ago13 Reviews - Jenks West Intermediate Elementary School

8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageAll in all, we have enjoyed our experience at WI. Any problems we have encountered have been addressed. The 504 coordinator and ELL teachers, are SOOOO good. Very supportive and proactive when an issue arises. The teachers have been good with assisting when bullying issues or other issues have happened. The specials teachers are great too! i wish there was more adults in the cafeteria and I wish class sizes weren't so large, but happy overall.Parent Review2y ago3 Reviews - Check out schools near 9918 69th Ave.

"Plenty of green areas to walk dogs, lots of furry friends around, clean up after your pet and you’ll be fine"

"Most dogs stay fenced or leashed. Dogs running around the neighborhood is rarely a problem. There are coyotes at the edge of town that vine through the neighborhood sometimes in the middle of the night. Small dogs should be indoors."

"Seems like a safe suburb. Good schools. Wish that it was more walkable and bikeable. Kids couple feel cooped up in neighborhood doesn’t provide amenities "

"Great small town feel, but watch out for school traffic. Jenks schools tend to be built on two lane roads and if you need to go past around 9 AM or 4 PM you're in for a surprise gridlock."

"Street parking is a bit tight, but otherwise, an all around great and affordable neighborhood. Would recommend to young families especially. "
