"Not all schools are the same. Not all Irvine schools are great for your kids. Every kids needs are different. "
  • Trulia User
"Work out of home but people mostly use cars to commute. Planned city with wide roads and easy commute "
  • Trulia User
"I have lived here for a year and a half now with my fiancé and MIL but had friends lived here for over ten years including my fiancé. I can say that a lot of this neighborhood used to be very quiet and safe place. However over the years it has become very crowded, over populated and unsafe due to the drivers never stopping at stop signs and running red lights. Parking and population has gotten worse over the years. The price for everything around here is what you pay but at the same time it’s very expensive to live here. The people here are also not friendly and very rude to each other and the people that work around here. I can only hope that this place can get better before we decide to leave otherwise it will be unbearable. "
  • benwang98
"I work from home and don’t need to commute. If I do go out to meet clients the neighborhood is very close to interstate highways and the traffic is normally not a problem. "
  • benwang98
"There are not as many dogs here as you may find in a typical American neighborhood. However most dogs seem to be friendly and happy. Some dog owners do not pickup after their dogs occasionally but most of them do. "
  • Trulia User
"there are many students in this area. most people love this place and live well here. i would glad to recommend this place"
  • Trulia User

"Best neighborhood to live in. Family oriented and safe. Lots of parks and trails. Clean and well kept. "
  • Bruce C.
"As a local real estate agent, I am fortunate to spend lots of time in various communities. Woodbury is an award-winning master-planned community that offers a wealth of amenities: including multiple pools and jacuzzis, outdoor fireplaces, BBQs, basketball, tennis and volleyball courts, baseball diamonds, and much more. Blue-ribbon schools and a huge number of shopping, food and entertainment venues are just a short drive away, including the large Irvine Spectrum Center. "
