looking for full time renter for possible long term
large 1200 SQ FT~2 Bedroom 1Full bath. walk in closet in the master bedroom, thick pile carpet.
Overlooks Peterson Barn park, Air Conditioning, Maytag washer and Dryer in unit. large elevated deck. excellent and well maintained. pictures show some furnishing that is not included.

zillow uses the term lease, I use the term "Rental agreement." I only do month to month rental agreements.
this is the smaller side of a duplex, owner occupies the other side. the garage is not included. you will have one off-street parking space, with an option for two spaces with conditions. renter pays garbage & electric plus any optional services, TV, Cable, Internet etc. are also tenants responsibility. owner pays water and sewer. I prefer no animals, but I will consider all applicants

    "it's a nice area and safe. bus route close by and lots of close shopping. Not much need for a car. Medical aide very close by and ambulane station in neighborhood. Have never had anything stolen or any threats in the area. Schools nearby. I walk to WinCo which is open 24 hours which is great . Traffic is tolerable and roads kept up well. "
