I love the brand new hospital up the way in beautiful Gold Beach , I just hope they can expand more on our medical center/urgent care/ER. Doctors are thorough and not rush rush! I love not tax!     "This is a great community and extremely pet-friendly. It's a great area for whale watching as it sits on a bluff above the northern end of beautiful Harris Beach. It is approximately 2 miles north of the center of Brookings. This makes this little piece of heaven a nice quiet, semi-secluded area within minutes of shopping, restaurants and parks. The Dawson Road area has deeded access to the ocean, so you can walk down several paths directly to the beach. I'm very happy to live here."
