    "Nothing. It’s a boring area with nothing exciting except that it’s central. Schools are terrible unless you’re in Coppell ISD and it is not a very happening area. Doesn’t feel like you’re in America. We like to get away whenever we go out but we can get anywhere in the metroplex within 25 mins which is nice! "

The dogs that are out and about are leashed at all times. I highly recommend Valley Ranch if you’re a dog lover and would prefer to live in a community who share similar ideals regarding pets."
