This 2-story townhome offers (2) second floor bedrooms with a shared bathrooms, and another half bath downstairs, along with a great room, nice sized kitchen with a nook, and front and back patios. Other features and amenities include indoor laundry, tile and laminate floors, fenced back patio, private/assigned parking, and community pool.

Renter is responsible for putting all of the following in their name: utilities- electricity, water, internet, cable, if desired etc. Pets are allowed and will be up to the Landlord's discretion. There is a nonrefundable pet fee of $250/pet that must be paid at the time of the lease signing. Maximum number of pets is allowed is 2, and under 25 pounds. Absolutely no smoking permitted in the home!

First & last month's rent + security deposit + pet deposit, (if applicable) due at signing. Security deposit equals one months rent which may be refundable based on good standing of the home, upon move out, and inspection.
