Very different than any of the other homes I've been in, not your cookie cutter type that’s for sure; you enter the home directly into the kitchen which has the cooking surface on a center island with a sitting area or extra cooking space. Two great amenities are the same level laundry room; which I think is awesome since I don't have to carry baskets of clothes up or down flights of stairs and the converted room that can be used as a family room, extra guess bedroom, or both if you have a sofa bed. The beauty of this room is not only it's dual purpose but that it has French doors that serve to give privacy or keep any noise down. (Cable TV ready) The layout of this home is just perfect for parties since the sliding glass doors off the living room aren't the only access into the back yard besides the side gate there is also a door off the family/extra guess bedroom. Two restrooms are better than one and this house has one full and one half so your waiting time may be very little or none. This home is just perfect for a family with children. Between the pool and the nearby school, the mall and over all proximity to so many eateries, this home is a WOMAN"S CASTLE.
