"I've lived in this neighborhood for 3 months is quiet. Only some minor incident the first time I got here. The incident was some stranger knocking on my windows late night or early morning. Police was called no further issues."

"Convenient to Tallahassee. 20 minutes to FSU, where I taught for 28 years. Not a good school district; recommend private. Country living, no traffic noise, plenty of wildlife, peace and quiet. Good location for a small business. "
  • BL
"Quiet and safe. Friendly people. Havana is perfect, not that far of a drive to Tallahassee but still far enough away for privacy."
