Trash and recycling is provided by the Town of Natick. Tenant is responsible for taking trash and recycling to the curb.
Tenants are responsible for keeping the house clean and safe at all times. Should conditions in the house deteriorate due to misuse or neglect, tenant will be responsible for the cost of cleaning, repair or other required services.
Lease includes parking for no more than three cars. No trailers, boats, RV's or other vehicles may be stored on the property without prior permission.
