This is not a "weekly" or rental-flip - but was completely remodeled and upgraded home with stainless steel appliances, granite counters, sectional, HD TV, etc. Interested in a mature tenant(s) who will treat it as home and appreciated what we did and how furnished. All items furnished down to sheets and towels. Full use of Terra Vista/Citrus Hills facilities as social membership is included in rental. No smoking inside or under covered areas permitted. Owners have kept utilities in our name and provided actual bills to tenants for reimbursement - electric, gas, water/sewer, cable package (Mandatory under CHPOA with 2 TV digital boxes, Internet with Modem). All exterior maintenance is handled by Home Owners Association - lawn, trimming, sprinklers, etc. Use of Owner's Social Membership for all Terra Vista/Skyview/Citrus Hills facilities included renters pay card one time card fee to member services office.

ONLY CONSIDERING 12-month minimum lease duration. All prospects will be asked to complete a criminal and financial background services.

    "Great place to live! Nice size yards and a mixture of types of homes. There are families with children and grandparents with grandchildren who visit. A good mixture of everyone. They do drive to fast down the roads so most parents on our road don’t let their children play or ride their bikes on or near the road. Unfortunately there’s always that negative we all hate to see. All in all it’s a great place for families."
