Great location with hiking, biking, & driving distance to library, gyms, SDSU, parks, major shopping areas, and highways.

The rooms are spacious and have their own closets

About us: We're guys in our early 30s who are career/business oriented, workout/live a healthy lifestyle but still enjoy going out, and are easy going.

Looking for roommates who are responsible, health conscious, and ready to move in soon. Room is furnished as seen in the pictures!

Utilities (gas, electricity, water, monthly housekeeping, wifi, etc) are divided each month equally among all roommates residing in the property (estimated at around $150 - $250 / month per person).

No smoking in the house

We have 2 dogs, an 8 year old Doberman and a 2 year old Rhodesian. Both dogs are lazy as sin and want to spend time cuddling on the couch, my Dobie (Ruby) barks when people come into the house but that's all, Rosie is an absolute angel!
