The initial lease term shall be six (6) months. Upon completion of the initial term, the lease will automatically convert to a month-to-month tenancy unless terminated by either party with at least thirty (30) days written notice.

Occupancy is limited to approved tenant(s) listed in the agreement. No additional occupants are permitted without prior written consent from the Landlord.

Tenant agrees to maintain the property in a clean and sanitary condition and to comply with all applicable lease terms and local and state regulations.

The Landlord reserves the right to adjust rental terms, including rent amount, with proper notice in accordance with Maryland law.
