About this House

Rarely does a condo come along that genuinely feels like home from the moment you walk in. This upgraded 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo in Clackamas is one of those thoughtfully remodeled, exceptionally well maintained, and available for the first time in years.

The layout is open and airy, with vaulted ceilings that make the space feel much larger than most. A wood-burning fireplace anchors the living room, the space flows naturally into the dining area and out to a large covered balcony- a great spot to unwind at the end of the day. The kitchen has granite countertops, an eating bar, engineered hardwood floors, and all appliances included.

Both secondary bedrooms are generously sized with oversized closets, and the primary suite is a real standout vaulted ceiling, walk-in closet, and a bathroom with double vanity, granite counters, and a linen closet. The main bath matches the same elevated finishes throughout.

Residents enjoy on-site access to a pool, hot tub, and recreation facility. Water, garbage, and sewer are included in the rent, along with one assigned parking space. Two reserve carports included and open parking based on first come first serve. A bus stop is within a block, shopping and dining are just minutes away, and easy I-205 access makes getting around the metro area convenient.

This is an uncommonly nice rental in a well-kept community!

"People walk their dogs all the time, but they don’t always clean up after themselves and they’re not always good about keeping their not friendly dogs away from other dogs"
  • Karren M.
"There is a huge off leash dog park in the Happy Valley Park. 3 different enclosed off leash for the size of your dog."
  • Hadia F.
"Safe and beautiful neighborhood with neighbors that look out for one another. So far, this is the best neighborhood I’ve ever lived in (out of 6)."
  • Ralph S.
"everyone is super friendly. A real community type of feel. lots of families and great schools. clean streets and no homeless! "
  • Carole
"We have a grade school behind the house and it has a track and a playing field behind the school with an entrance from the street behind the school. You see many people young and old from the neighborhood walking their dogs or just exercising by walking around the track. It’s comfortable walking back there because there is no busy street and you feel safe."
  • Kimberly S.

"We moved due to theft, I lived in Amherst st. And apparently it was one of our neighbors stealing from us but there are also a lot of homeless people that come through and go through the garbage/recycling and I had a bag of cans stolen from my doorstep by a lady right before we moved. Don’t recommend moving there unless you keep your stuff locked up and maybe even get a hidden camera! "
  • h
