"Alot of culture and the old neighborhood has alot of history and people invested in the area. Close to the mall, restaurants and downtown."
  • Katenanor
"Delightful neighborhood, neighbors look out for each other and it’s conveniently located to all the city’s amenities without being too congested. Mostly homeowners."
  • Peggywilliams6199
"This is an area where there is a lot of gang activity, gun shots going off, loud thumping music all the time and a lot of dogs running loose (pit bulls). There are no plans to upgrade the area with sidewalks, only sewer. Also has a lot of renters that could care less about the neighborhood. Also very loud when the races are on at the fairgrounds"
