About this House

Beautiful country living. Santee is a mom and pop community with wonderful stores and some of our finest schools. Pebble Beach is one block from Santee Lakes with boating and fishing. What I like is the home has a lot of windows making this a happy place to live. The home has a very large master bedroom with a patio door leading to the fensed back yard. Two other sliding doors are in the dinning room and livingroom. Everything is new and is remodeled. I anticipate the contractor will be finished within the week. Landscaping will begin end of the month. I am looking for a long term tenant that will take care of this house as their own. I run background and credit checks. Only long term employment will be considered.

2 year lease. No smoking on property. Tenant pays gas, electric and water directly. No parking on lawn area. Yard areas to be maintained by tenant.
