The property sits on the river, and there is plenty of parking and yard space to enjoy. The pictures don't show enough of the charm this apartment has. All utilities, electric, water, cable and garbage are rounded to 300.00. base rent is 1000.00. Monthly rent will be 1300.00 including utilities. Cats ok. No dogs. Background check required and applications will begin review Friday Nov 28th and showings will begin Dec. 1st . The unit will be available Dec 5th. Term is from 3 to 6 months.

Lease term from 6 months. Utilities are charged at 300.00 to be paid in addition to the 1000.00 monthly. We expect tenants to be conscious of their power use. Laundry room is downstairs with outside door access and is shared with the owner via a schedule. No smoking . No pets.

You can walk to Two convenience stores and a few restaurants, a comic shop, a brew pub and a few other things. Far enough away from Asheville to be enjoyable but close enough to get there if nerd be.
