The top floor has 2 bedrooms, storage, and a full bath. There are hardwood and tile floors throughout the unit, except for carpeted bedrooms.

Tenant is responsible for $1,550 rent plus gas and electric. NO PETS. NO SMOKING. Tenant must sign a year lease. Must complete a background check and credit report.
